Blueberry Butter Popsicles

A picture of blueberry butter popsicles

Though these are simple and quick to make, they require an ice-pop mold. We used a silicon mold (from Amazon) because they are inexpensive and make it easy to remove the frozen pops.

Ingredients

• 1 cup Bauman’s Blueberry Butter
• ¾ cup coconut water
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• ½ cup fresh (or frozen, thawed) blueberries

Directions

1. Purée blueberry butter, coconut water and lime juice in a blender until smooth. Add blueberries and pulse for 5 seconds to break up some of the berries while leaving some large chunks.
2. Pour into silicon popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.
