Cherry Butter Brownies
You can also make these brownies with Bauman’s Strawberry-Raspberry Butter and fresh raspberries in place of cherries.
Ingredients
- Non-stick cooking spray
- ⅔ cup cocoa powder
- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons Bauman’s Cherry Butter, divided
- 12 maraschino cherries, halved (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
- Mix cocoa powder, sugar, salt, flour, and chocolate chips. Add eggs, oil, water, vanilla, and 3 tablespoons cherry butter; mix well.
- Spread batter into pan. Swirl remaining cherry butter on top and press halved cherries into the batter.
- Bake for 28–32 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
