Cherry Butter Brownies

Chocolate brownies swirled with cherry butter and topped with maraschino cherries

You can also make these brownies with Bauman’s Strawberry-Raspberry Butter and fresh raspberries in place of cherries.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix cocoa powder, sugar, salt, flour, and chocolate chips. Add eggs, oil, water, vanilla, and 3 tablespoons cherry butter; mix well.
  3. Spread batter into pan. Swirl remaining cherry butter on top and press halved cherries into the batter.
  4. Bake for 28–32 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
