  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Slice baguette into 24 slices about ½ inch thick. Place on a baking sheet and brush each side with olive oil. Bake for about 10 minutes, until crisp and lightly golden.
  2. Spread goat cheese on each crostini and spoon about 1 teaspoon of fruit butter onto each slice.
  3. Cut each prosciutto slice into smaller pieces and place on top of the crostini. Finish each with a fresh arugula leaf.
