Fruit Butter Swirl Cheesecake Bars
These cheesecake bars feature a buttery graham cracker crust and a creamy filling swirled with Bauman’s fruit butter. We especially love strawberry raspberry, cherry, or pumpkin for this recipe.

Ingredients
For the Crust
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (from approximately 12 crackers)
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
For the Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons Bauman’s fruit butter (strawberry raspberry, cherry, or pumpkin)
Directions
- Stir graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar together. Press mixture into the bottom of an 8" × 8" pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350° F for 8 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth using a handheld mixer or stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined. Pour mixture over prepared crust and smooth evenly.
- Dollop fruit butter over the top of the cream cheese mixture. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours before cutting.
