Fruit Butter Swirl Cheesecake Bars

These cheesecake bars feature a buttery graham cracker crust and a creamy filling swirled with Bauman’s fruit butter. We especially love strawberry raspberry, cherry, or pumpkin for this recipe.

  1. Stir graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar together. Press mixture into the bottom of an 8" × 8" pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350° F for 8 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth using a handheld mixer or stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined. Pour mixture over prepared crust and smooth evenly.
  3. Dollop fruit butter over the top of the cream cheese mixture. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl.
  4. Bake for 30–40 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours before cutting.
