  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, oats, onion, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently by hand until just combined.
  3. Press mixture evenly into a loaf pan.
  4. Brush tomato butter evenly over the top of the meatloaf. As it bakes, the tomato butter will caramelize and create a rich crust.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
